Very simple and I already had the required allen/hex wrenches needed for the new air box screws. Included instructions were easy to understand. Really like that the filter can be removed easily, cleaned with soap and water and doesn't require oiling. Just let it air dry and re-install with just a hose clamp. And it's CARB legal!
